i do have spinal pain but I also have scoliosis so... and I wouldn't say it's THAT bad where i'd request a pump.
i'm gonna experiment a bit and see how the pain gets with the summer and see if I can spot some patterns and such. I have really tried to avoid popping pills up to now, but i'll see how it goes. maybe they make a natural pain reliever.
